Before purchasing Class Mate you can download and try our free 30 day demo program. All data entered into the demo automatically transfers to the registered copy. Class Mate is compatible with any Windows computer with Windows XP or greater. We do not have a Mac version.

You receive an instant download of the registered installation program which you can install at school as well as at home. There are no renewal fees. If you order the download only you should save a backup copy of your downloaded installation file (burn it to a CD or some other means) so you can install it on additional computers as necessary.   School License  
 
A school license costs $300.00 and entitles all of the teachers in a school to download and use the program at school and at home, as well as receive free updates. After you order, you will receive an e-mail containing a license agreement, registration number, and link for all of your teachers to download the program. You will also receive an installation CD shipped to the school. Please include the school name and shipping address with your order or e-mail it to us once you place your order.   District or Multi School License  
 
A district license costs $300.00 for the first campus plus $250.00 per each additional campus. It entitles all of the teachers in the schools to download and use the program at school and at home. You can license only the number of schools in the district that will use the software, there is no requirement to license all of the schools just because they are members of the district. Any new teachers entering the schools are also licensed to use the program. You will receive an e-mail containing a license agreement, registration number, and link for all of your teachers to download the program. You will also receive an installation CD shipped to each school (Please list schools and addresses on PO).
